This eight unit affordable housing project located in the heart of Hartford’s Asylum Hill neighborhood, was designed to respond to the original character, scale and detail of the area’s nineteenth century housing.

The new duplex homes incorporate brick masonry, double hung windows, ornamentation, porches and pitched roofs to keep the new construction in context with the existing neighborhood.
