This project is new construction providing library services and identity to the Albany Ave. area. The most notable goal of this project is the commitment to “Green” Design. This project is a LEED® registered project and pursuing ‘Silver’ certification. Many sustainable strategies are being implemented from Green Roof and Storm Water Reclamation Systems to Energy Efficient Displacement Ventilation and Daylight-Sensor Lighting.
