Among the rural landscape of New Milford, Connecticut, this medical office building is modeled after the New England farmhouse style. Two Buildings occupy the site to consume 36,000 square feet of office space, primarily medical use. Conceptually, the design has been focused on the comforts and iconography of a rural New England home through traditional forms and finishes, which in turn helps the scale of this $8 million project adapt to the existing context.
